No snail mail or faxes, please. Time constraints make them impossible to process. Along the same lines, if you do email, keep in mind the amount of mail received. Be brief, don't include attachments, and don't add us to group sends for any reason (jokes or warnings included). Links to stories are great, copies of short items you think would make good topics are fine too but...
don't expect an answer, even to personal issues or individual inquiries. Far too much volume for that. I'll read everything and will incorporate as many of your questions and concerns on the air (and possibly online) as I can. That way I'll still be alive to do the show. I'm honored that there's so many of you write and comforted we'll still have one-on-one direct personal contact when you call the show-- which I hope you'll do for any reason at all, because the whole focus for us is what happens on the radio.
